More than 20 years of practical experience went into determining which pieces of equipment would not only satisfy our average client but meet the rigorous demands of even competitive ones at the elite level. There is nothing that we feel is missing in our studio to deliver the outstanding results we have become known for.

The area is an intimate 750 sq-ft and holds 29 pairs of dumbbells, 15 pieces of Atlantis equipment and lockers for personal items. We have ensured that nobody will ever have to wait to do an exercise.

There’s nothing we despise more than having to wait for a machine. We went so far as to set strict rules about the number of clients that could be in the gym at any given time to ensure that privacy and a sense of personal space are always preserved. As a result, we are able to provide a fun and comfortable environment; in fact, our clients often get to choose the music that plays for further motivation.

Even the colour scheme we chose was done with symbolic intentions. The blue wall and upholstery embodies water which is necessary for life, is symbolic of health and birth (or rather rebirth of your body), and has a calming effect between sets. The natural wood tone floors and furniture give an extremely comfortable, nature-like, zen and ecological feel to the room, which, when you consider that exercise is meant as a substitute for what nature would normally require, is in good taste. Finally, the black steel machines provide just the right amount of power and edge to encourage you to push your hardest when it matters most: at the end of your sets.
